8” chef knife (titanium)

The Myoshi Titanium coated 8” chef knife is the most robust knife available in our Kickstarter campaign. Hand crafted with a 3.5 mm thick VG10 Titanium coated Japanese steel, the 8” chef knife is the extremely versatile essential player on the experienced chef’s stage. The blade is long, broad, and able to perform difficult cutting and chopping tasks, but is tapered and agile for mincing and other fine tasks. This version of the chef’s knife comes with a Titanium coating to promote long lasting edge maintenance and unparalleled longevity even in the busiest chef’s kitchen.



7” chef knife (titanium)

​The Myoshi 7” chef knife is a unique addition to our premium knife line. Shaped as an hybrid cleaver and chef knife, the 7” mioshi knife easily cuts through all major cooking projects. Suitable for heavy chopping of hard vegetables, meat, or even bone, but able to perform finer tasks such as slicing, mincing, or dicing, this knife is an excellent companion in the kitchen. The blade is sharpened at a 16 degree edge for exceptional sharpness and has a double bevel edge. Individually hand crafted, the 3.5mm thick VG10 Titanium coated Japanese steel blade requires little maintenance to continue performing at a high level.



5” paring knife (titanium)

The Myoshi 5” paring knife is the Titanium coated version of our Japanese steel paring knife. A paring knife is a knife especially suited to delicate tasks, and this knife is no exception. Whether finely cutting fruits or vegetables, skinning meat, or preparing the finishing touches on a dish, the 5” paring knife is able to complete the chef’s kitchen tasks. The Myoshi 5” paring knife is made with a 3.0 mm thick premium VG10 Titanium coated Japanese steel blade to reduce wear and promote long-lasting edge resilience.
